CC2 "Business Processes & Compliance" develops solutions to overcome technical, legal, and organizational challenges in the introduction of electronic invoices.
The tasks include:
- Development of recommendations for process adjustments,
- Development of a knowledge platform for users,
- Performance of analyses concerning the Financial Supply Chain national/international (for example analysis of the clearance models in other European countries),
- Ensuring compliance (GoBD and other legal requirements),
- Development of reference processes for the economy,
- Derivation of technical requirements for the standardization of data formats and processes (especially for the economy)
